Kelly Anunson

Kelly has over 20 years experience in coaching, educating, and empowering others on their life path. Kelly specializes in releasing the subconscious patterns that hold us hostage. She works with people who experience chronic stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and severe social anxiety. Healing and creating space for internal peace, joy, and vitality is at the core of all Kelly’s therapeutic healing and coaching services. She utilizes a combination of somatic therapy, while delving into the depths of the sub-conscious mind to unlock the pathway to freedom. She brings guidance to assist in a wide variety of topics to bring forward clarity with career choices, family life, educational opportunities, or creating a healthy lifestyle that supports and nourishes. Accountability, authentic self-worth, are the catalyst for change that comes as we consciously create a new paradigm that empowers each unique individual.

Kelly’s yoga classes are designed to unify the mind, body, and spirit. Each class is rooted in presence, playfulness, and interconnectedness. She encourages students to cultivate a sense of authentic self-worth, experience presence in their being, and ride the wave to higher consciousness.

The energy of grounding and centering is integrated into her classes. She sees each moment as an opportunity to love, to serve, and to grow. In her own words, “I am humbled to travel with my clients on their life journeys.”

Kelly believes in holding space for individuals to reconnect with their body through stillness of the mind and integration of breath and movement. Kelly enjoys teaching group classes and private lessons for yoga, meditation, and breath-work.

Kelly earned her B.S. from Silver Lake College, and her M.S. from the University of Stevens Point. She earned her Career Coaching Certification at UW Madison, as well as her Compassionate Inquiry Therapy training from Dr. Gabor Mate’ in Canada. She is a Reiki Master, a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor, and a Meditation teacher.
