Kelly Anunson
Kelly has over 20 years experience in coaching, educating, and empowering others on their life path. Kelly specializes in releasing the subconscious patterns that hold us hostage. She works with people who experience chronic stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and severe social anxiety. Healing and creating space for internal peace, joy, and vitality is at the core of all Kelly’s therapeutic healing and coaching services. She utilizes a combination of somatic therapy, while delving into the depths of the sub-conscious mind to unlock the pathway to freedom. She brings guidance to assist in a wide variety of topics to bring forward clarity with career choices, family life, educational opportunities, or creating a healthy lifestyle that supports and nourishes. Accountability, authentic self-worth, are the catalyst for change that comes as we consciously create a new paradigm that empowers each unique individual.
Kelly’s yoga classes are designed to unify the mind, body, and spirit. Each class is rooted in presence, playfulness, and interconnectedness. She encourages students to cultivate a sense of authentic self-worth, experience presence in their being, and ride the wave to higher consciousness.
The energy of grounding and centering is integrated into her classes. She sees each moment as an opportunity to love, to serve, and to grow. In her own words, “I am humbled to travel with my clients on their life journeys.”
Kelly believes in holding space for individuals to reconnect with their body through stillness of the mind and integration of breath and movement. Kelly enjoys teaching group classes and private lessons for yoga, meditation, and breath-work.
Kelly earned her B.S. from Silver Lake College, and her M.S. from the University of Stevens Point. She earned her Career Coaching Certification at UW Madison, as well as her Compassionate Inquiry Therapy training from Dr. Gabor Mate’ in Canada. She is a Reiki Master, a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor, and a Meditation teacher. Mostly, she is a human who has walked the path and can hold space for the healing and compassion that is necessary for change.
Dani Deming
Dani is a certified breathwork facilitator weaving together the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the cosmos to guide others into deeper connection with themselves. Rooted in the belief that breath is a bridge between Earth and sky, she holds space for transformation through cyclical practices aligned with lunar phases, seasonal shifts, and energetic portals. With reverence for both the natural world and celestial influences, Dani’s sessions invite participants to attune to their inner landscape, release what no longer serves, and remember their place in the greater web of life.
Jean Loesch
Jean Loesch specializes in Intuitive Business Coaching and is passionate about developing creative, balanced, and successful business models for her clients. Integrating her over 25 years in conscious business leadership with her dedicated ascension into the higher realms of personal transformation, Jean brings a dynamic synergy into the entrepreneurial world.
Jean is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance specializing in Hatha Yoga Gentle Flow integrating meditation, breath awareness, and movement into her classes. Jean attributes her yoga practice to a deep transformation of personal growth, self discovery, and well being. She also leads Forest Bathing sessions enhanced by her love and connection to the trees and nature.

Erin Dix
Erin Dix has deep roots in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, coming from a long line of women born and raised in this Northwoods town.
She and her three girls enjoy camping, making any kind of creative project, and collecting way too many rocks.
Although she loves a day of adventure, she’d gladly take a day at home with her two cats.
Erin started teaching in 2021, after receiving her 200 YTT through Yoga Renew. Teaching over the last 3 years has deepened her love for leading classes and for her students. She recognizes the need for both movement and stillness in a yoga practice. She encourages her students to listen to their body’s needs and tune into their body on a deeper level.
Bristel Hamburg
Bristel Hamburg, a Rhinelander native and has been teaching yoga since 2012 with a focus on full body wellness and women’s health. With a background in dance and gymnastics, she began practicing yoga in the early 2000s and completed over 500 hours of Iyengar Hatha Yoga training at Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in Minneapolis. Bristel’s studies include: traditional iyengar hatha yoga, sanskrit studies, anatomy, ayurvedic nutrition, kids and prenatal yoga, yantra painting meditation, yin yoga, mat pilates, barre, breathwork, and thai yoga bodywork. A lifelong learner, she continues to explore somatic movement, the vagus nerve, and women’s hormonal health, integrating these insights into her teaching.
Her gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha class emphasizes breath, mindful intention, and somatic movement to release stagnant energy. Through slow, steady asana and focused alignment in the Iyengar tradition, students build strength, balance, and inner awareness—ending with a guided meditation in savasana.
Angela Karpi, LMT, CLT
With a profound passion for holistic wellness and a keen understanding of the human body, Angela has established herself as a skilled and compassionate massage therapist. Over the course of her careers, Angela has helped countless clients achieve relief from physical discomfort, manage stress, and embrace greater balance in their lives.
Angela is a retired Registered Nurse who grew weary of the impersonal western medicine approach to care. She continued her education at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI, graduating with honors and obtaining her license as a certified massage therapist. She specializes in a variety of techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Her continual pursuit of knowledge led her to become a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, competent to perform Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Complete Decongestive Therapy. Angela also became a 200-hour RYT to gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, the relevance of breathwork and the pure bliss of meditation.
Angela believes that massage therapy is not just a physical treatment but a gateway to emotional and mental well-being. She prioritizes active listening and collaboration, creating a safe, welcoming environment that allows clients to share their concerns and goals. Combining technical skills with intuitive care, Angela designs treatments that not only alleviate pain but promote lasting health. Her diverse background has equipped her to tailor each session to the unique needs of her clients, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.

Nicolette Metropulos is a Holistic Intuitive Healer. With a wealth of experience working with clients globally, Nicolette specializes in guiding individuals through a spectrum of deeply held traumas. Assisting individuals in the recovery from medical, emotional, physical, energetic, sexual, and childhood traumas. Her approach involves delving into the subconscious mind and body to identify energetic blockages, facilitating awareness of unhealed traumas and wounds. Driven by passion and commitment, she assists clients in embracing their shadow selves, offering a supportive and conscious environment to transition from dysfunction to a more fully embodied and fulfilled state.
Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nicolette has returned to her hometown of Rhinelander. As a holistic practitioner, she is deeply devoted to providing one-on-one care for clients and educating them on the principles of holistic wellness.
Nicolette supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, stress, physical ailments, disease, illness, discomfort, dysfunction & nervous system dysregulation. Her comprehensive offerings include spiritual life coaching, guided meditations, hypnotherapy, intuitive energy healing, as well as many other somatic body release techniques.
