Join Kelly for a 90-minute transformational practice to release stagnation, stress, and energetic burn-out.  We will create freedom in the mind and body as we shift our nervous system into a state of deep surrender. Cultivating the space needed to fully embrace the healing rhythms of nature in and around us.

This Online Integrative Class allows individuals to experience a variety of powerful practices from the comfort of your own home, utilizing movement, meditation, Ayurvedic practices, and breath work. There will be a short Wisdom Talk and time for Q&A at the end of the class.

Flow Beginner

FLOW BEGINNER is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat. Develop flexibility and balance as you navigate the internal waters of connection.

Gentle Yoga

FLOW GENTLE class incorporates creative vinyasa sequencing (breath-inspired movement), attention to alignment, breath awareness, and meditation to build strength, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and open the heart. For students newer to yoga or for those who prefer a slower paced practice this flow is for you.

Pilates with Nicolette

Mat Pilates is a gentle yet effective exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body control. Suitable for all fitness levels, it involves a series of controlled movements performed on a mat, using body weight for resistance.

This low-impact workout is ideal for beginners and experienced individuals alike, as it can be modified to meet different needs and abilities. Whether you want to build strength, improve posture, or relieve tension, Mat Pilates offers a well-rounded approach to fitness that promotes balance, stability, and overall well-being.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga, is a flow of linking breath with fluid movement. This practice places an emphasis on building strength, flexibility, and mobility, while moving energy throughout the body and constructing endurance. Action and breath guide you into a state of meditation, allowing for a whole body detoxifying experience.

Beginner Yoga with Jean

This class is a wonderful introduction to the world of yoga. Using a gentle approach, Jean integrates moderate movement and breath together, allowing our attention to turn inward, while also finding a deep, full-body stretch.

Gentle Yin

1st Saturday of the Month

This class combines Gentle Yoga with a Yin Yoga practice. Gentle Yoga brings moderate movement and breath together, allowing our attention to turn inward, while also finding a deep, full-body stretch. Yin Yoga is a relaxed style of Yoga that involves holding poses for longer durations with and without the use of props. Yin works specifically to target the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues ~ fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. We will merge the gradual movements of Gentle Yoga with the deeply held poses of Yin Yoga, creating a utopian like sequence that will leave you in absolute euphoria.

Revive & Thrive with Nicolette

Every Tuesday at 4:30pm

Step into Revive & Thrive, your oasis for weekly rejuvenation. This class is focused on centering, aligning, and reviving our energy. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, our holistic approach centered on meditation, breath work, energy healing, and tranquil sound therapy welcomes everyone. Delve into calming breath exercises, gentle movements, and soothing sounds that revitalize your mind and body. Join us at Embrace Studio for an hour of self-discovery and renewal. setting the tone for a revitalized week ahead. Sound Healing

with Brittney

3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

 The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. 

 A Sound Bath guides you gently into a new awareness through the depths of sound. Allowing your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state. 

The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. Together we invite experience of deep relaxation, restoration, and inner exploration.

*Those with Epilepsy, a severe or clinical Mental Health diagnosis, medical implanted devices, or those pregnant should advise their physician before completing a Sound Healing session.

Kid’s Yoga (ages 4+)

Yoga for Kids is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Each child will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses. Through playful movement balanced with concentration, each child will develop tools to take off the mat to bring more peace into each moment.

Chakra Series

7-week Detox and Alignment

 

This 7-week Chakra Series is designed to help you cleanse, release, and align utilizing the power of movement, breath, and meditation.

 In yoga, a chakra is a center of energy in the body that influences physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The word "chakra" comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "circle". 

 In yoga, energy, or life force, is referred to as prana, and it travels through thousands of energetic channels called nadis that regulate our overall health and vitality. Chakras are points where nadis converge, creating concentrated energy hubs. The effects of a chakra-based practice can have a tangible and empowering ripple effect on your life.Allowing us to deepen our own inner compass.

 Each week we will focus on one chakra. Students will learn a variety of techniques and practices they can take home to create more balance and harmony within their energetic body.

Dharma Circle

Our personal mindfulness and meditative practices are essential to finding more ease and peace in our days. However, when a group meets to together to study, integrate, support, and share - it is the most powerful way to shift your internal awareness and external circumstances.

Topics range from more ethereal and spiritual connections to the challenges of raising families, relationships, aging parents, career directions, retirement, minimalist approaches, mindfulness techniques in time of stress, etc.
