Sunday Serenity Yoga

Sunday Serenity Yoga is a soul-nourishing class designed to bring you back to center through the healing practices of mindfulness, gentle yoga, and meditation. Set in a peaceful, supportive environment, this class guides you through slow, mindful movement and soothing stretches to release tension from the body and mind.

Expect deep breaths, longer holds, and guided awareness as we explore gentle postures that calm the nervous system and open the heart. Each session includes moments of stillness, meditation, and reflection—inviting you to connect with your inner peace and create space for rest and renewal.

Monday Vinysa Flow with Kelly

Mondays 4:30 p.m.

Kick off your week with movement, mindfulness, music, and a fresh vibe. Just like your favorite mixtape, each class brings a different yoga flavor to keep things fun and inspiring.

We will be exploring everything from Detox Flows to Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa, Sculpt and Strength and even a bit of Yin — keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged. Expect a little bit of everything, always grounded in breathwork and mindfulness.
Move. Breathe. Reset.
Because Mondays deserve a mindful twist.

Summer Pilates Progression Series 

Join Bristel for a Summer Pilates Progression Series.

Three 6-week sessions starting May 5th, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and build mobility with intention and stability. Each session will build off of the next, helping you feel progress within your body throughout the summer months. A mindful movement class built with the intention to fit your busy life.

Session 1: Tuesdays - 5:30pm, May 5th through June 9th

Session 2: Tuesdays - 5:30pm, June 23rd through July 28th

Session 3: Tuesdays - 5:30pm, August 11th through September 15th  

Each class will be a 60-minute classical mat Pilates session that blends precise Pilates technique with fluid, dance-inspired movement. This class emphasizes deep core strength, pelvic floor activation, and somatic awareness to help you move with greater control, alignment, and ease. Through intentional breath, graceful transitions, and mindful sequencing, you’ll build stability while exploring expressive, full-body movement that leaves you feeling strong and connected to your body. Flow Beginner

Wednesday evenings at 4:45 p.m.

FLOW BEGINNER is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat. Develop flexibility and balance as you navigate the internal waters of connection.

* This class is suitable for those new to Yoga, those looking to gain a greater understanding of alignment and poses, or those looking for a refresher.

Gentle Yoga

Friday morning at 8:30 a.m.

FLOW GENTLE class incorporates creative vinyasa sequencing (breath-inspired movement), attention to alignment, breath awareness, and meditation to build strength, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and open the heart. For students newer to yoga or for those who prefer a slower paced practice this flow is for you.

Sacred Moon Sound Healing + Integration

A 90-Minute Yin/Yang Journey of Release, Renewal & Inner Alignment
Monthly Moon Gathering | 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Each month, we gather in rhythm with the moon — meeting under either the New Moon or the Full Moon, two powerful phases that invite reflection, renewal, and realignment. Just as the moon moves through its cycles, so do we. This practice offers a sacred pause to reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythms that guide growth, release, and transformation.

This 90-minute yin/yang experience blends gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and immersive sound healing to support both letting go and welcoming what is ready to emerge.

We begin with slow, nourishing movement to soften the body and release tension, preparing the nervous system to settle and receive. From there, we move into intentional breathwork to clear stagnant energy and create space within.

A guided meditation connects you with the energy of the current moon phase — whether planting intentions and new possibilities under the New Moon, or releasing, reflecting, and illuminating what is ready to shift under the Full Moon.

The evening culminates in a deeply restorative sound bath immersion using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. These healing vibrations help calm the nervous system, restore energetic harmony, and allow the body and mind to integrate the experience.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and energetically renewed — aligned with both the cycles of nature and the quiet wisdom within yourself.
