A 90-Minute Yin/Yang Experience of Release and Renewal with Kelly

Under the radiant light of the full moon, we gather to honor the duality within us — the light and the shadow, the effort and the ease, the endings that make way for new beginnings.
This 90-minute class is a true yin/yang journey, blending gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and immersive sound therapy to help you release what no longer serves and realign with your natural rhythm.
We begin with light stretching to open the body, followed by intentional breathwork to clear stagnant energy and create space for renewal. A guided meditation invites you deeper into the heart of the full moon’s energy — illuminating balance, wholeness, and clarity. The experience culminates in a full sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning fork healing, allowing sound vibration to recalibrate your nervous system and restore energetic harmony.

We will be exploring everything from Detox Flows to Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa, Sculpt and Strength and even a bit of Yin — keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged. Expect a little bit of everything, always grounded in breathwork and mindfulness.

Vinyasa Yoga, is a flow of linking breath with fluid movement. Flow Beginner

FLOW BEGINNER is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat. Develop flexibility and balance as you navigate the internal waters of connection.

RESTORATIVE RESET
In a world that glorifies hustle and constant doing, our nervous systems are often stuck in overdrive—leaving us drained, anxious, and disconnected from ourselves. Gentle Stretch & Restorative Reset is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to a state of balance.
This class is a nourishing blend of gentle stretching, restorative postures, and guided meditation, designed to release tension from the body, quiet the mind, and soothe the spirit. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and props, you’ll ease into poses that gently open the body, inviting deep rest and repair.
Kelly brings over 20 years of healing experience and will guide you through a journey of somatic awareness using frequency-infused sound, calming visual imagery, and intuitive guidance to help you access deeper layers of release and emotional restoration.

Lunar Breath: A Journey Through the Moon Cycles

Harness the rhythmic wisdom of the moon to align your body, mind, and spirit. In this 90-minute breathwork experience, we’ll explore intentional breathing practices that shift with each lunar phase — from the grounding release of the waning moon to the expansive clarity of the full moon and the fresh beginnings of the new moon.
Each session includes guided breathwork, meditation, and reflection to help you connect with your natural cycles, release what no longer serves you, and call in renewal and clarity.
Children’s Yoga Flow
Join Erin for a fun-filled morning of mindfulness, movement, and imagination—designed especially for kids!
In this playful class, children will explore simple breathing and grounding techniques to help calm their minds, followed by creative yoga poses that let them stretch, wiggle, and flow with joy. Through movement, breath, and fun, kids will learn to connect with their bodies, build focus, and express themselves freely—all in a warm, welcoming environment that nurtures both energy and ease.
